Financial Services

The future of Africa’s financial services would involve digital technology, less customer interface and automating back-end operations

As Africa’s quest for a  cashless economy progresses, cashless payment methods such as mobile money, USSD, PoS terminals, internet banking, banking cards, QR codes will continually be adopted.

Financial inclusion will also be an underlying growth driver in the financial services sector which in turn will prompt a rise in agency banking in a bid to drive banking in rural and remote areas

Increased  financial literacy will also boost demand  for financial products that meet consumers needs
